We do not just screw it on – we teach you to use it.
Four things we do the same way on every job – that is the difference between a box left by a courier and a smart lock that actually works.
- 01Fitters who know the hardware
Every member of the team knows the mechanics and the fitting of these locks. Installing one is a small but very precise modification – and no two doors are the same.
- 02TTLock expertise
We know the TTLock app down to its details: permissions, timed and recurring codes, cards, fingerprints, the entry log and the gateway.
- 03Training on site
We do not only install: we explain how the lock and the app work, enrol the fingerprints, and answer every question while we are still there.
- 04Still reachable afterwards
Call us with anything that comes up after the fitting. The lock and the installation carry a 2-year warranty.
We fit every lock as if it were going on our own front door. We do not leave you a box, we leave you a working entrance – and if anything comes up later, I am still the one who picks up the phone.
