Sale, on-site installation, configuration and servicing of smart locks (TTLock-based smart door locks and smart handles) anywhere in Hungary. This website is not an online shop: you can request a quote here, while orders are taken by phone, by e-mail or on site.
Every product we fit carries a 2-year warranty under Hungarian Government Decree 270/2020 (VI. 12.). It covers material and manufacturing defects, electrical faults and faults caused by the installation; it does not cover normal wear, external damage, improper use, vandalism, unqualified tampering or battery replacement. Door-structure and network (WiFi) problems are outside the lock’s warranty.

Complaints and remedies
You can submit a complaint on the phone number or e-mail address above. Written complaints are answered in writing within 30 days. Verbal complaints are investigated and, where possible, resolved immediately.
If you disagree with the way a complaint was handled, as a consumer you may turn to the county conciliation board competent for your place of residence, to the consumer protection department of the competent district office, or to a court.
